School leaders’ involve themselves with a school vision and this based on student success. In order to be successful with this goal of student success is important that everyone involved has a shared vision. Therefore it is important for everyone to work at the same goal and communicate and share with one another the shared vision. Inquiry is an essential component in working to school improvement. Inquiry allows us to investigate and collect date in several different ways, develop a plan test it and monitor and evaluate the plan to adjust to the progress till acceptable and acceptable solution. A common problem with the vision of improving schools is lack of time, and skills related to effective planning. Others just don’t feel it is of great importance of examining improvement efforts. Studies show that the best results from taking the time and careful analysis, patience and reflection. Action research is a persistence of reflection and actions. A problem will develop that needs resolution or improvement, an action strategy will be developed and implementation, and the effectiveness will be evaluated and a new areas of improvements will develop bringing about new reflections and action. Action research will be used to bring about change.
